 Grafton Ponds is part of The Old Tavern at Grafton, an historic Vermont country inn. The inn offers many lodging packages that tie in with Grafton Ponds. Together, we are a Windham Foundation company, a nonprofit organization based in Grafton, Vermont whose mission is to promote Vermont's rural communities.
